What we collect

• Contact details you give us — your name, phone number, email, address, and what you tell us about your job when you fill out our quote form, call, or email.
• Application information you submit on apply.chazonelectric.comif you apply for the NYSERDA Appliance Upgrade Program — the documents the program requires to confirm eligibility. We use it only to prepare and process your application, and share it with NYSERDA and its program administrator because that's what processing the application means.
• Anonymous usage analytics — which pages get visited and roughly how people move through the site, so we know what to improve. This is aggregate traffic data, not a profile of you.

What we never do

• We don't sell your data. Not to advertisers, not to lead brokers, not to anyone.
• We don't share your information except as described above (processing your program application) or with the service providers that run our website and email — and they only get what they need to do that job.

Cookies

This site doesn't set analytics cookies. Our analytics is configured to run cookieless — nothing is stored on your device to track you across visits, which is why you don't see a cookie consent banner here.
